Uttam school for Girls organized The Mighty Math Carnival- an inter school competition for the students of the Primary Wing on 19th December 2020 on a virtual platform.
To help kids see the connections and relevance between subjects, various Math integrated events such as Shape-It- Out, Rhyming Trial of Shapes, Chefs- A-Field, Finding the Architect, Narrative Arc, Diseno Disfraz, Angle City and Game Fame were organised. The highlight of the Carnival was the Game Fame event in which students presented online games that they had created using the scratch software. The unique events helped the kids to understand that Math permeates every area of our lives and through the Mighty Math Carnival, they explored new and fun ways of learning mathematics beyond the confines of a classroom.
