Our Philosophy
At Uttam School, we lay stress on imparting quality education to achieve the physical, mental and spiritual potential which is latent in each child. It is of prime importance to instill in her the qualities, values and attitudes for her success, by becoming a good citizen as well as a good human being.
Along with these values, the child needs to be taught to develop a spirit of initiative and independence, yet at the same time retain a respect for laws, institutions and norms which are the foundation of a healthy social order.

Shri. Uttam Chand Adlakha
The conception of the school for Shri Uttam Chand Adlakha was his special way of initiating a social change, a way to bring about a renaissance. He never lost sight of his destination and inspired every life that he touched. In the early years of the 20th century he was a man with 21st century skills. A man of action rather than words, Uttam Chand Ji was a true leader who motivated all with his character and conduct. His perseverance and commitment continues to guide us through our journey and promises to take us to the pinnacle of excellence

When asked for the secret of his success he always said, “believe in yourself.” For a man who was always disheartened at receiving only the most meagre education, Uttam School for Girls was a dream waiting to take wings.

Uttam School For Girls was set up with an intense desire to impart world class education to girls.With this goal, continuous efforts are made to upgrade existing facilities.The students are encouraged to excel not only in academics, but carve out an identity for themselves as sensitive individuals who conduct themselves with dignity in all that they do. Since its inception in 1995, Uttam School for Girls has been committed to promoting a culture of excellence and integrity in its students. ‘When girls are educated, their countries become stronger and more prosperous.’ Being an all girl’s school, our prime motive is to nurture resilient and independent women who can create a niche for themselves in the modern competitive world, leading with poise and confidence both at home and at the work place.
It is here that they are filled with the vision of being the harbingers of change, a dream that we, at Uttam School for Girls, nurture and encourage.
We strive to create joyful learning spaces for our students and enrich them with ample opportunities with no discrimination. This pursuit of happiness at Uttam School rests on the positive belief that every child has it in her, the ability to excel.
