Uttam School for Girls celebrated Constitution Day on 26th November 2021. To mark the significance of this day, a special virtual assembly was conducted by the students of Grades 3-5.Students briefed every one of the features of our constitution and how it guides the governance of a great nation. The significance of the day filled the students’ minds with a sense of being a part of one great nation. It was followed by a short play presented by the students that highlighted the four guiding principles and pillars of the nation- EQUALITY, LIBERTY, JUSTICE, and FRATERNITY. It left a message that the Constitution is not a remote document but permeates every aspect of our life.The students on this occasion read the preamble and made some norms that they will follow after coming back to school keeping in mind the post-pandemic situation.
