We celebrated the ‘Mental Health Awareness Day’ on 10 October 2019. Peer educator sessions were organised to help students build their socio-emotional competence by talking about different emotions, their purpose and various ways to deal with them. All the students from Nursery to Grade XII participated in events like Flash Mob, Art Therapy, Body Art, Open Mic, Feeling Farm, Freeze Mob. The students also watched the movie ‘Inside Out’.This event emphasized on creating a joyful learning environment for the students by providing them a forum to express themselves on topics related to stress and anxiety.
