Forget dragons and quests, this year’s “Jonquil” Literary Fest was the real adventure! Over 250 students from schools across NCR joined us on a thrilling expedition through the world of Indian authors writing in English.
From “Trek Tale: Mom and Me” where stories became shared adventures, to “Literary Thread” where words transformed into beautiful poems, students unlocked their creativity and became explorers in the land of literature. “Tagore’s Verse Voyage” even whisked them away on a magical journey through the works of the famous poet himself!
But the fun didn’t stop there! Renowned authors and literary experts like Ms. Anamika Singh, Ms. Shubhira Prasad, and Dr. Niti Sharma judged the competitions, offering valuable insights and encouraging students to reach for new heights.
Last but not the least, the grand finale featured a real-life celebrity chef and author, Mr. Sadaf Hussain. Known for his delicious books like “Daastan-e-Dastarkhan,” Mr. Hussain shared his passion for storytelling, both on the page and in the kitchen, in a captivating “Meet the Author” session.
It was a day filled with learning, laughter, and the magic of words – and we’re already turning the page for the next exciting chapter!
