No curriculum can be effectively implemented without a team of dedicated
and qualified teachers and Uttam School is proud to have such a team. To
maintain their standard of proficiency, our teachers are periodically
required to undertake refresher courses and special training sessions
regardless of credentials. Apart from country based in service training,
our teachers who qualify for coveted training abroad, are also supported
by the School management. English Language Teachers Training is one such
example to be mentioned.
